ApriaDirect (a portion of Apria Healthcare LLC) (“ApriaDirect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of your “consumer health data” as defined by applicable law. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your consumer health data. Depending on the state in which you reside, this Policy applies to individuals who access this website (“Site”) and any of our online or offline services and platforms (“Services”). - Customer Account: When you create an account with us, you may provide your name, date of birth, insurance type, and preferences for products or services including diabetes solutions, oxygen/COPD therapy, power solutions, sleep comfort, CPAP therapy, mobility solutions, and home safety and comfort.
- Purchase History: When you make a purchase or join Apria Rewards Direct, we will maintain a record of your purchases.
In addition, several of the categories of personal data we collect may be considered consumer health data depending on the context and extent of information you provide to us. Depending on the state in which you reside, we may use cookies and other tracking technologies; however, we do not use them to identify your past, present, or future health status. If we deidentify your consumer health data, we will only process it in a deidentified fashion and will not attempt to reidentify it.
